Car shopping

Went to view a car for my son and the guys there were very friendly, informative and helped make the car shopping experience a positive one. The car we went to see was luckily still for sale, so it was swiftly made available to test drive without an issue. The car functions were all explained and I was made to feel at ease! We were able to collect the car the next day, and the car was fully checked over oil and filter change and made to look pretty to hit the road! The payment process was fast and simple and my son left a very happy teenager! I can’t recommend these guys enough! Happy customer here! Thank u!!

Purchased a Clio a few weeks ago , great customer service from Pusho , did a couple of jobs on car that I requested , car was ready a couple of days later as advised . Answered any queries quickly. Took my old car which saved me trying to sort it. I have had no issues with the car at all but I’m sure if I did I would get the relevant support from Ella’s cars so that’s reassuring. I would highly recommend purchasing from here. Thank you for the smooth , hassle free purchase and customer service.

Second visit

Had my second visit to ellas autos . I can only give 110% to them they do their best and always help. Nothing is too much. Lovely selection of used cars. I'm happy with mine. If your looking for a used car go see these guys I'm so thank full that I did. Even get the kettle on nice tea or coffee and bottled water too. If I change my car later on I will defo go to these guys. There is good and bad on everyone but these are 110% the best. I travel 27 miles to see these guys. Thry are worth there weight in gold

Great customer service! I reserved a car here today and they were absolutely lovely. Very open and honest about why the car was considered a CAT N - I was shown photos of the vehicle before, after, and during the repair process which put my mind at ease. There were only a few months left on the cars MOT and a new one has been paid for by the company, as they do not believe in selling cars that have less than a year MOT. Took the car for a test drive and at no point felt pressured into the sale. They answered all the questions that I had and allowed me to look at and compare cars so that I was 100% happy with my choice. Even better than this, they are delivering the car to me free of charge as I live within 20 miles of the shop. Really couldn’t be happier and cannot wait to get my car! Thank you so much.
